10. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Sadler Recruitment utilises artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of its recruitment and marketing processes. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of Microsoft Teams transcription features to record and transcribe candidate conversations for the purpose of producing accurate and insightful cover sheet content. In addition, Sadler Recruitment uses ChatGPT 4.0 to support digital marketing activities, such as refining job descriptions, drafting candidate outreach messages, and creating relevant online content.
All personal details, including but not limited to names, company names, and any monetary or financial information, are removed before data is entered into any AI system. Sadler Recruitment has also opted out of contributing any data to AI model training. All AI tools are used in accordance with applicable data protection laws and solely for legitimate business purposes.
LAWFUL BASIS
Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience.
